We had our first real snow this weekend! It was just 2 or 3 inches, but enough to reasonably cover things. We took the dog for a romp though the woods to check out the gorgeous scene.
Chickens in snow:
There wasn’t much snow (our plow guy apparently didn’t think we passed the 2 inch threshold) but the next day my van did mangage to get stuck at the top of the drive (while I was on my way to get snow tires)!
Later that day I had snow tires put on the van and it handles much better now. I am hoping that I am now ready for the winter that is just about to start.
